Simply the best. We've been using Patrick's for years. They are honest, and reasonable. That's all you can ask. Recently, our air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days of the year. And, we had family in visiting from out of town. The worst possible day to have an emergency. A quick call to their office resulted in critical advice from the office rep. to ensure that no additional damage was done to the unit. Theresa, one of the owners, came out quickly. The problem was severe and required tracking down the right part. After a short wait, she was able to find the part and fixed the problem. A life saver! Thanks for your professionalism and persistence.

They are amazing! I appreciate Theresa so much. I have used advantage to maintain our heater and AC. I woke up on Saturday without heat (61 degrees). I called advantage and waited for 4 hrs for technician to call, they didn't.
I called Patrick's heating, they said they would be here in an hour. They got here in 35 min. Theresa was fantastic, she walked me through the issue and found it was a circuit board problem. She had another circuit board in her vehicle and fixed it on the spot! She provided great recommendations going forward.
